No Race This Year 2010
For some reason Utah Race Guide has listed our race this year on their website. We are not sure why it is listed as we didn't submit anything to them for this year. We are currently not doing a race this year 2010. We are sorry for an inconvenience this may cause. If we decide to do it next year we hope you will join us and we will list it again. We have contacted Utah Race Guide to have our race taken off their calendar. Again sorry for any inconvenience.

3rd Annual Candy Cane 5K
Our 3rd Annual Candy Cane 5K is on Saturday, December 5th.
Race Starts at 10:00 a.m.
West Haven Park
1 Mile Walk
Santa Fun Run (kids 12 & under)

Pre-registration runs now through November 27th.
*T-shirts given to the first 50 participants. (adult sizes only)
We will have holiday music, hot chocolate and a Holiday Bake Sale. If you don't run please come to our Holiday Bake Sale.
Awards given for 5K race.
Santa Fun Run is a 100 meter dash for children 5 & older. 4 & under is a fun run with Santa.
Proceeds this year will go to the Zhengzhou City Children's Orphanage in Henan China. It will help to give blankets, clothing, formula and toys to the children.
We know the economy is bad again this year but if you can find it in your hearts to help us raise money for these children we would really appreciate it. The Henan Province in China has already been hit with a snow storm that has dropped more snow than they have seen in the last 54 years. With winter starting the children are in great need of blankets and warm clothing. Any donation would be a great asset to the children this year.

I assume all risks associated with travel to and from the event and participation, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants and vehicles, effects of the weather, including wet, slippery, icy road conditions and course hazards. I am aware that participation is strenuous and may be hazardous. I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to complete the event, and I agree to abide by all rules and by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run. I authorize all above-named parties to use photos, video, or other record of this event, and any information contained in my application, for any purpose whatsoever, without any consideration due to me. 2nd Annual Candycane 5K
